The Artist

I’m Cheyenne

NORTHERN VIRGINIA ABSTRACT PAINTER

I create art as a way to be seen—fully, vulnerably, and with hope.

My work blends abstraction, realism, and organic texture to explore the quiet spaces where healing begins. I’m drawn to what’s tender, radiant, and often overlooked. Each piece is an offering—an invitation to remember something soft inside yourself.

You see the world with a rare kind of clarity.

You’re drawn to beauty that feels honest—art that doesn’t just catch the eye, but stirs something true in the heart.

You value presence, sincerity, and a life that reflects what matters most.

You know that real strength is quiet. Rooted. Unshaken.

You lead with depth and kindness.

You hold space—for reflection, for healing, for joy.

You understand the power of being seen,

and the quiet gift of seeing others.

You trust your inner world—and live from it with grace.

That’s where my work meets you.

Art that feels like breath—light, grounding, and freeing.

Each piece, a bridge to what’s unseen:

Your wholeness.

Your Beauty

Your Truth.

This is an invitation to remember yourself—gently, fully, and with heart.

Cheyenne is a mixed media artist from Silver Spring, Maryland. Her journey into the world of art began early—after winning an art contest in the fourth grade, she discovered the expressive power of abstract art through the work of Jackson Pollock. That early spark never left her. With a natural eye for beauty and aesthetics, she later pursued a career as a professional makeup artist. It wasn’t until the global pandemic, however, that she returned to the canvas and rekindled her love for painting. In 2024, she formalized her commitment to her craft by enrolling in the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute.

Cheyenne’s work blends abstraction and realism with texture, symbolism, and organic forms. Her paintings feel both intimate and expansive—like a memory surfacing in stillness. Emotion is central to her process: each piece begins with a feeling, a truth, or a question she’s living through. “I paint to be seen—and in doing so, I hope others see themselves more clearly,” she shares. Her work is layered and radiant, inviting viewers to pause, feel, and reconnect with the softer, often hidden parts of themselves.

She creates from a bright, light-filled studio surrounded by nature, which adds a quiet clarity to her process. She is currently working on a new series of paintings that explore presence, emotional openness, and the unseen connections that tether us to each other. When she’s not painting, Cheyenne enjoys traveling with her husband—gathering visual inspiration and spiritual insight for future work. Her plans include exhibiting her next body of work, expanding her studio offerings, and continuing to create art that reflects the luminous interior life we all share.

Come see what’s waiting beneath the surface.
